This is an experience with a marked route, but if you need to rest for a while, you will be able to find some seats to rest. Ask our staff on site for directions.

No, food and drinks are not allowed inside the Exhibition. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition then please supply the relevant supporting medical evidence.

Food and drinks are not available for purchase at the exhibition itself. However, there is a coffee corner in the venue.

Yes, we love welcoming visitors who are dressed up or wearing cosplay. Please make sure that your face is not fully covered.

Unfortunately, there are no character meet & greets at Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes. The exhibition showcases MARVEL’s most iconic costumes, props, and original art.

What can I expect from the exhibition?

In Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes, you will discover original artifacts, including real costumes, props and original art – from the origins of the Marvel Universe in the 1940s of New York to the present day. The exhibition shows the enormous influence of Super Heroes on pop culture worldwide and reveals the stories behind individual characters such as Captain America or Captain Marvel at the same time.  During the tour, you can feel you way through the mysterious mirror dimension of Doctor Strange or pose for selfies alongside life-size representations of Black Panther or Spider-Man.

The visit will take between 60 – 90 minutes, but you can stay for as long as you like in each of the sixteen galleries.

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, make sure not to disturb other visitors. Professional equipment, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Only bags smaller than a piece of A4 paper are permitted on site. To speed up entry for all customers we request that people do not bring a bag to the event unless it is unavoidable.

The Exhibition is not suitable for animals.

Are service dogs allowed?

Registered assistance dogs are allowed. Please contact info@soldout.es in advance if you are bringing an assistance dog with you. The Equality and Human Rights Commission states that "assistance dogs are highly trained" which means they:

Will not wander freely around the premises.
Will sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner.
Are unlikely to foul in a public place.

If a dog does not act along these lines while on-site it and the user/owner will be requested to leave the Exhibition. All assistance dogs must always remain on the lead.

There is an adapted access to the exhibition accessible to everyone in Pavilion 2.

Yes, you will be guided through the exhibition by written information. There will be English subtitles available for the opening movie

Is the show suitable for pregnant people?

The experience requires the audience to be on their feet, moving around the venue for approximately 60-90 minutes, however, the experience does not feature tension or highly physical movements. We suggest you speak to the manager on arrival to discuss any specific requirements so that they can assist.

Can I enter with a baby stroller?

Access to the exhibition with baby strollers is not permitted. We have set up an area in the Hall, before the entrance to the exhibition, where you can leave them during your visit. Baby carriers are allowed.

Admission to the exhibition is granted within specific timeslots for specific dates. You can pick the timeslot your ticket is valid for during the booking process (online or at your local booking office). Please be there on time at the start of your time slot; access to the exhibition is possible in the booked time slot. The length of stay is unlimited.

Children under the age of 3 get free entry. For children between the ages of 3-12, there are specially priced child tickets available.

If you are late or experience any travel issues, this might result in waiting time at the exhibition entrance. Please speak to our box office staff and they will try and accommodate your booking at the next available slot.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Electronic tickets do not need to be printed. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website. For purchases at the box office, the same ticket fees apply as for online sales.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
